We would like to take a moment to go over what will take place after you place your furniture order.

First, you will receive an order confirmation. There is approximately a two to six week period between the placing of your order and your delivery date.

After your order is manufactured it is transported to a

distribution facilities in Dallas, North Carolina, New Jersey, California, or Illinois.

Two weeks prior to delivery we will contact you to confirm your shipping address and give you a status update.

Three to five days before delivery the freight company will contact you to set up delivery. Verify your address and set a date and time for delivery.

All refunds/cancellations are subject to a ten percent restocking fee. Cancellations must be requested before item(s) leave the distribution center.

We Offer Free Delivery

Threshold Delivery

Threshold Delivery Service is a free service for the home delivery of furniture and other designs. Not all furniture items on our website ship via Threshold Delivery Service; Some are delivered by UPS and FedEx.

Delivery lead time is 2-5 business days from the shipment date. A local delivery agent will call you directly to schedule an appointment. Delivery times are scheduled around a 2-4 hour window between the hours of 8:00 am and 7:00 pm.

Furniture and oversized items shipped for Threshold Delivery. Will be brought into the entry or foyer of your home. Some items, because of size or weight, may be delivered to the garage, porch, or the first dry area of your home. Delivery does not include the set-up or re-installation of any electrical equipment or home electronics, or any component, electrical, or plumbing hookup. Delivery does not include any assembly or the removal of shipping material and boxes.

Before Ordering

Always pre-measure the space where your item will live to make sure it fits. Also, pre-measure entryways, doors, stairways, and walkways to ensure that items can be delivered to your home. If you have any questions, please contact us.
