Allow us to take you through the process step by step.
1.Email us a clear image of the photo you would like turned into a portrait.
Along with your name, address, email, phone number and the size you would like your portrait to be.
Please include any request and/or suggestions for the portrait. Our artist will use your request and/or suggestions as a guide when painting your custom portrait.

2. We will evaluate the image and email you the price of your custom portrait. In addition to a invoice number you can use to search and pay for your portrait.
3. You will receive a receipt for your purchase.
4. Within four weeks you will receive a note of completion and photo proof of your portrait.
5. All you have to do is approve the photo proof of portrait and we will process your order and ship the finished portrait to you. It should arrive within approximately two to three weeks.
All artwork is considered commissioned works and are therefore not eligible for refunds.
